Ecological violence and alternatives from ecofeminism

The Postgraduate course in Culture of Peace, in collaboration with the Eduglobal Stem Working Group of teachers, will hold an open session entitled "Ecological violence and alternatives from ecofeminism" on 11 January 2024 between 4 and 6:30 p.m., at the Faculty of Education of the UAB. Yayo Herrero, anthropologist activist and lecturer at the UAB, will participate.

Herrero is also a social educator and agricultural engineer, collaborating professor of the UNESCO Chair of Environmental Education and Sustainable Development (UNED), founding partner of Garúa S. Coop. Mad, co-author of more than a dozen books related to social ecology, member of the editorial board of Hegoa and of the editorial boards of Ecologista and Papers, and member of Ecologistes en Acció.
