Do we really have the right to disconnect?

The conference entitled "Tenim realment dret a desconnectar-nos? El context actual del dret a la desconnexió" [Do we really have the right to disconnect? The current context of disconnection rights] is organised by the UAB Alumni as part of the conference sessions of the Occupational Relations Alumni Network (Xarxa Alumni de Relacions Laborals). The conference will be offered online on 24 January at 6:30 p.m. 

Montserrat Solé, lecturer of the UAB Department of Public Law and Legal History Studies, and the Area of Occupational Law and Social Security, will be in charge of directing the session. Also participating will be Xavier Solà, lecturer of the Area of Occupational Law and Social Security and Secretary of the Department of Public Law and Legal History Studies, and coordinator of the alumni network.

The session will serve to discuss issues related to work and a permanent connection to ICT devices, problems with constant connectivity and alternatives to disconnect within a digital working environment.
