Excellent participation of the students of the Master's Degree in Law and Procurement in the TAB Moot of Arbitration 2025-2026
Before Easter, the student team of the University Master's Degree in Law and Procurement of the faculty culminated in a prominent participation in the TAB Moot d'Arbitratge 2025-2026, one of the most relevant legal competitions in Catalonia in the field of conflict resolution.
The team, made up of Albert Ginestà Tarrés, Màxim Gisbert Jiménez, Pau Ballesté Casals, Paula Costa Figueroa, Paula Soler Puche and Sara Yunyu Vila Gusi, demonstrated a high level both in the written phase and in the oral phase. In the first, they obtained the best overall score among all the participating universities, which earned them the Prize for the best written answer.
Later, after overcoming the semifinals, they reached the final, where they defended with solvency and legal solidity their position before a court of expert referees.
This result reaffirms the Faculty of Law of the UAB as a benchmark in practical legal training and demonstrates the talent, preparation and commitment of its students.
