The Faculty of Law of the Autonomous University of Barcelona organizes a new session of the seminar “Other Rights”, dedicated to critical reflection on the coloniality of law and the contributions of intersectionality.

The presentation, entitled “Once again to the debate on the coloniality of law: interruptions from intersectionality”, will be given by Romina Lerussi and Sofía Soria (Universidad Nacional de Córdoba, Argentina).

The activity proposes to revisit the debate on legal coloniality from a critical perspective, incorporating intersectional perspectives that allow questioning the structures of power, knowledge and normativity that cross contemporary law.

With the coordination of Romina Lerussi (UNC), Marc H. Vallès (UAB), Sofía Soria (UNC) and Josep Cañabate (UAB).

You can also follow it online through Microsoft Teams.
