This July, the Institute of Neurosciences has taken part in two of Fundació Catalunya La Pedrera's leading programmes aimed at promoting scientific vocations: the Barcelona International Youth Science Challenge (BIYSC) and Joves i Ciència.

Dr. Adam Ranson, group leader at the Institute, has been awarded an ERC Proof of Concept Grant for NEURODOCK, a project that aims to develop a new technology for studying brain activity in mice under more natural conditions.
