Industrial validation of an optical technology for determining pH in the production of yogurt: pHotoYOGURT

The general objective of this Demonstration and Knowledge Transfer activity is to show dairy companies the feasibility of predicting pH online and in real time during yogurt fermentation, as well as the advantages that this technology brings to the production process.
