Food Security

An integrated approach to aspects regulating the legal and technical conditions for production, preparation and consumption of food (agri-food quality and food security), to undertake more profound research into consumer protection in areas such as toxic and non-toxic food fraud as well as the preventative aspects of legal responsibility.

Intentional internal and external factors which could affect food security are also studied, such as sabotage, extortion and bioterrorism, among others.
