It will be open Mondays to Thursday, from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m., and on Fridays from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. for all those over 12 years old who have not yet received a vaccine, or are due for their second shot.

Starting on Wednesday 8 September, the UAB will be collaborating with the Generalitat's Ministry for Health in its coronavirus vaccination campaign. The campaign aims to reach the highest degree of immunisation among its citizens, with a special emphasis on members of the university community.

The vaccination point will be located in the auditorium located next to the Plaça Cívica's cinema hall. It will remain open Mondays to Thursdays from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m., and on Fridays from 9 a.m to 1 p.m. There is no need to request an appointment. The vaccination point will be open to all those aged 12 and over who have not yet been vaccinated or are awaiting their second shot. All those interested must bring some form of identification with them (DNI, NIE or passport).

All those needing a second shot will receive one at the vaccination point as long as at least three weeks have past since receiving their first shot. Those who have had COVID-19 and have not yet received a vaccine shot can do so as long as at least two months have passed since their symptoms disappeared. The Pfizer vaccine will be the brand used in this campaign.

The UAB encourages all students, and in extension all members of our community and its surroundings to receive their first or second shot with the aim of maximising individual and group safety, and thus be able to recover all possible on-site activities on campus.
