UAB's presence at EAIE Glasgow 2026 - The Rhythm of Revolution: Glasgow awaits!
The European Association for International Education (EAIE) is holding its 36th annual international higher education conference in Glasgow from 8 to 11 September.
The conference is taking place in Glasgow from 8 to 11 September and includes the participation of a UAB delegation.
From 8 to 11 September, higher education professionals from across Europe and other continents are attending the EAIE Conference (European Association for International Education), which features more than 200 scheduled activities. This year marks the 36th edition of the conference, held under the theme The Rhythm of Revolution: Glasgow Awaits!.
The UAB, in collaboration with the Consell Interuniversitari de Catalunya, is actively participating through Study in Catalonia.
The Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona delegation includes Margarita Freixas, Dean of the Faculty of Arts and Humanities; Marc Abraham Puig Hernández, Vice-Dean for Quality, Teaching Innovation and Promotion at the Faculty of Law; and members of the International Relations Office team: Montserrat Alegre, Enric López, Isabel Boncompte and Irene Villalta. Also attending are Mireia Galí and Jordina Fornell, from the ECIU University; and representing the FUAB, Rebecca Swanson.
The delegation is holding meetings with nearly 65 representatives from various institutions, with the aim of strengthening mobility partnerships, reinforcing strategic ties to develop new opportunities for joint research, and expanding the international presence of the UAB around the world.
