UAB-CIE Third Workshop on Nanomedicine

Nanomedicine is one of the most important fields of research in Catalonia, a pioneering region of Spain in this field. There are also more and more biotechnology, chemistry and pharmaceutical companies who are giving priority to research in nanotechnology and its applications. Nanomedicine is also a vital area of knowledge within the UAB's Campus of International Excellence.

Organised by the UAB Institute of Biotechnology and Biomedicine, the workshop aims to foster dialogue and knowledge transfer among its participants, with the aim of creating new collaborations, strengthening already existing ties and professional networks, increasing the visibility of local research groups and improving the translational potential of nanotechnology.

In addition to conferences by renowned scientists from all over the world, there will be working sessions and a space for the proposal of ideas. There will also be a poster session for degree students and post-doctoral researchers at the end of the workshop.
