The UAB launches a legal and academic support campaign for Palestinian refugee students
The UAB launches a new crowdfunding campaign to provide support to Palestinian refugee students. The initiative aims to offer them legal and academic support, and training opportunities that allow them to continue their studies in a safe and inclusive environment.
The funds raised will be used to cover specialised legal assistance—necessary to manage documents and permits—and will form part of the grants awarded to students who are beneficiaries of the #UABRefugi grants programme.
The UAB launches this initiative and reinforces its role as a university committed to global solidarity and the defense of the rights of refugees, providing continuity to other humanitarian support and international cooperation actions promoted by the institution.
The campaign is part of the UAB crowdfunding programme, which promotes social, scientific and cultural projects with a direct impact on society.
