Second edition of Campus Ítaca begins

The first edition of Campus Ítaca ended on 4 July with a closing session in which participating students presented the results of their work. On 6 July a new set of students will be starting the second edition of Campus Ítaca, which will last until 14 July.

The second edition of the Campus Ítaca will take place from 6 to 14 July. Students from this year's first edition ended their stay at the UAB with a closing session in which they presented their projects. A total of 387 students about to start their last year of compulsory education will take part in several fun and educational activities at the UAB thanks to its Campus Ítaca, a programme managed by the Fundació Autònoma Solidaria with the collaboration of the Faculty of Education and the support of Banco Santander and the town councils participating in the programme.

Students come from 79 secondary schools in 33 municipalities, mainly of the Vallès Occidental region, but also from the Vallès Oriental, Baix Llobregat, Barcelonès, Moianès, Alt Penedès and Berguedà regions.
