New meeting of the HRS4R-UAB working group

Last Wednesday 15th May the HRS4R-UAB working group met to review the goals that have been achieved so far in the application of the 40 principles of the Charter and Code for researchers.

The HRS4R-UAB working group met last Wednesday to review the goals achieved in human resources excellence applied to research and that relate to the implementation of the 40 principles of the Charter and Code for European researchers. During the meeting, the main lines of action set out in the follow-up report submitted in 2016 were reviewed to guarantee that the organisation keeps progressing in the implementation of those abovementioned principles. The new lines of action and the main short-term goals were also defined.

This working group, composed of staff from different units and departments of the University meets regularly to improve the selection, recruitment and admission processes affecting researchers, as well as to improve their professional career prospects.
