New edition of the EXPONATURA UAB photo contest
The Department of Animal Biology, Plant Biology and Ecology organises a new edition of EXPONATURA UAB, the photographic contest about nature and biodiversity. The deadline for submission of photographs is 27 May.
The EXPONATURA UAB 2025 photography contest is aimed at all members of the UAB community: students, lecturers, researchers, PTGAS and alumni. Participants can submit a maximum of two photographs in digital format on the theme of biodiversity. The deadline for submission of photographs is 27 May.
The contest takes place within the framework of the 10th Scientific Conference organised by the Department of Animal Biology, Plant Biology and Ecology of the UAB. The presentation of the winning photographs and the awards ceremony will be held on the same day of the conference, Thursday 5 June, at the Faculty of Biosciences, with the collaboration of Altaïr, Som Aguait and Orlum. On the same day all the images presented will be projected in the Sala de Vidre and in the Espai Sud of the faculty. The photographs will also be published in an online gallery of Cultura en Viu, with the support of the Vice Rectorates of Communication and of Culture and Language Policy of the UAB.
