Incorporate data protection in the design of products and services is a competitive advantage
On 4 May, the Catalan Data Protection Authority (APDCat) will be holding a conference on how to include data protection in projects. The conference is entitled "Com treure avantatge competitiu de la protecció de dades des del disseny i per defecte".
The event aims to bring data protection closer to entrepreneurs and businesses that may need this information in their projects. Incorporating data protection in the design of products and services is a competitive advantage, since potential clients, whether they be the public administration or private entities, are obliged to use products and services that comply as adequately as possible with the laws on data protection.
The event will take place at the School of Public Administration of Catalonia (Carrer Girona 20).
