Free solidarity breakfast in exchange for a litre of cooking oil

From 20 to 23 November, the restaurants at the faculties of Science and Bioscience, Medicine, Education and Translation and Interpreting, Social Sciences and the cafeteria of the Sabadell campus will offer free solidarity breakfasts in exchange for a litre of cooking oil, to be donated to those most in need. The breakfast will include coffee and pastry.

The initiative is offered by the UAB and the catering company Clece under the name of "One breakfast, one litre" and aims to collect cooking oil for the more disadvantaged people of our society. The bottles of oil will be donated to the association Rebost Solidari de Cerdanyola, who will distribute it to those most in need.

At the end of the drive, Clece will donate an additional litre for every bottle of cooking oil received, and all the oil collected will then be delivered to the Rebost Solidari de Cerdanyola.
