FAS renews their website

The Fundació Autònoma Solidària started 2019 renewing their website. The aim of this project is to explain in a better way what we do and how we do it. The new website is structured according to the various audience profiles that the Foundation has, for which it has different routes depending on the section (interested in volunteering, users of UAB’s Care center for disability…).
 
The renovation project aims to adapt the foundation to the current user demand and to the new digital age. The site is visual and in different languages, while the responsive design can adapt to any device through HTML and CSS3 technology. This new format is more attractive to the user due to the combination of written content with graphical content such as infographics and videos.  Furthermore, you can also find the testimonies’ section, where people linked to FAS talk about their own personal experiences. The objective is to encourage the student community to be active and critical citizens through sections such as volunteering announcements, news, agenda and multimedia content.
 
Besides explaining what we do in matters of social action, cooperation and education for global justice, we also want to explain how we do it. For this very reason, we published plenty of information regarding the Foundation’s functioning: memories, financial information, staff information… this content helps us in being more transparent to the outside.
