Explore, create, learn and enjoy: sign up for the UAB's artistic workshops
The Culture Unit offers you the chance to explore your creativity through workshops and courses in music, dance, theatre and writing, designed for the entire university community. With registration opening on 22 September and limited places allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, now is the time to take the leap and enjoy art in a creative and inspiring learning environment!

The UAB Culture Unit invites you to explore your artistic potential through a wide range of workshops and training courses in music, dance, theatre and writing. These activities, available in both semester and annual formats, are led by professional artists and offer ECTS credit recognition.
Prices are already specially designed for the UAB university community. Registration opens on 22 September and places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, so don’t miss out!
The workshops are organised into four Creative Classrooms:
- Dance Classroom: contemporary dance and urban dance workshops, with beginner and advanced levels.
- Music Classroom: semester-long voice technique workshops, and collective practice spaces such as the Choir, Chamber Choir and Orchestra.
- Theatre Classroom: stage activities including the Stable Theatre Group and acting courses in Catalan and English.
- Writing Classroom: a space to develop literary skills through creative writing workshops at different levels.
With the Viu La Cultura cultural card, you’ll also have access to music, theatre and dance performances at the Sala Teatre, as well as film screenings at the Sala Cinema. If you attend 20 of these activities and submit a review of one, you can earn up to two ECTS credits.
To join the stable groups (Choir, Chamber Choir, Orchestra and Theatre), you must pass an entrance test. Simply fill out the relevant form and book a time slot for the level assessment.
