Cancellation of commuter train service R7 from November 2025 to May 2026. Alternative service schedules and stops
The works at the Montcada Bifurcació station will involve the removal of the R7 line for 7 months.
The works being carried out by Adif in Montcada i Reixac will affect the service of the R2 Nord, R2 Sud, R7, and R11 commuter train lines. The remodelling of the tracks and the installation of a new traffic management system will mean the elimination of the R7 line between 2 November 2025 and 15 May 2026.
To guarantee the right to mobility, Renfe will offer an alternative bus service between the Cerdanyola stations, which can still be reached by the R4 line, and the Bellaterra campus.
