Call for apply for a locker at the Hotel d’Entitats

From 1st to 30th of June, all student societies registred in elDirectori can apply for a locker at the Hotel d’Entitats to satisfy their needs.

As novelty, this year, due to the current situation of health emergency and to ensure safety to all the applying entities, the whole procedure will be online (both the application and the signature of the terms of use). To apply for the lockers, it is only needed to fill out the form within the deadline. To do so, the applicant should identify themselves with the ID number (NIU).

As in the previous calls, the allocation of the lockers will depend on the compliance with the terms of use of the lockers for student societies in the Hotel of Entities during the 2019/2020 academic year; a first-come-first-served basis; the storage needs of student societies; and the trajectory and consolidation of student societies at the UAB. Students societies without lockers will have priority in the allocation. If there are not enough applications, student societies that already have one, could have a second locker.
