Registration for the Intensive Writing Workshop at the UAB Sabadell campus ends on 8 March or until all available places are filled. This semester-long activity promoted by Cultura en Viu and the UAB Sabadell campus, which is part of the Writing formation and creation classroom, offers the opportunity to do an intensive workshop, from March to May, which provides the fundamental tools to improve literary expression and style, and to write short stories and micro-stories. It is an artistic proposal that students can not apply for academic recognition of ECTS credits.

Taller Intensiu d'Escriptura al campus de Sabadell

The workshop, which will be taught from 8 March to 17 May by the teacher Jordi Gol, wants to provide the techniques and writing resources, mainly focused on narrative fiction, that are necessary to guarantee the writing of quality literary texts. The registration for this workshop at the UAB campus in Sabadell must be formalised online in the Cultura en Viu website section dedicated to this activity.

Students will attend a three-hour session every Wednesday, from 5pm to 8pm, with a theoretical and practical part. Throughout the different classes, students will study theoretical aspects, such as the chronotope, the will of style or the internal rhythm of texts, and will dedicate time to correct their texts. From the sixth class onwards, the students' best narrative texts will be published in the blog Lugares comunes, a portal managed by the teacher Jordi Gol that serves as a showcase for some creations written during the different sessions.
