A new season of weekly activities begins on 2 November to promote the well-being of the university community and move towards a healthier, more sustainable campus.

The UAB's Healthy and Sustainable Campus (Campus Saludable i Sostenible, Campus SiS) is back with more energy than ever! Starting on 2 November, the university community will be able to enjoy a new season of weekly activities designed to look after your health, promote well-being, and incorporate healthier, more sustainable habits into your daily life.

The programming for healthy activities includes a variety of initiatives centred on physical and emotional well-being, sports, nutrition, and the promotion of healthy lifestyles. Activities related to sustainability play a prominent role, with initiatives on the responsible use of energy and water, the circular economy, waste prevention and management, and contact with nature, among others.

With this new season, the Campus SiS wants to offer opportunities to socialise, participate and make small or large changes that contribute to both personal well-being and the care of the environment. The weekly activities thus become an invitation to take a break, to get active, to learn new knowledge, to acquire practical tools for incorporating healthier and more sustainable habits into everyday life, and to share experiences among members of the university community.

A healthy and sustainable campus is something that must be built together. Will you come join us?
