UAB Alumni Belgium Chapter inaugurated in Brussels
On 21 October, Javier Lafuente, rector of the UAB; Annabel Galan, vice-rector for Students and Employability; and Eva Miquel, Director of Alumni UAB, took part in a meeting with university alumni in Brussels to promote the UAB Alumni Belgium Chapter.
The initiative aims to strengthen the ties between UAB graduates and to foster the creation of a network that enables the sharing of opportunities, experiences and knowledge. The chapter is conceived as a meeting space that promotes networking among alumni, facilitates connections between professionals with established careers in Brussels and new generations who wish to develop their careers there, and helps to keep the bond with the University alive beyond the academic stage.
The UAB Alumni Belgium Chapter joins the East Coast Chapter of the United States in New York, and the United Kingdom Chapter in London, expanding the international network of UAB Alumni and strengthening the connection between members of the UAB community around the world.
