From 7 to 9 October, the UAB Challenges Office took part in the LTA Impact, Monitoring & Evaluation – Training Communication Activities (TCA) training sessions, which took place in Bucharest as part of the Erasmus+ programme. The gathering brought together more than 40 participants of nine European nationalities to reflect on the role of communication in generating and amplifying the impact of projects.

The training, organised by the National Agency for Community Programmes in the Field of Education and Vocational Training (ANPCDEFP) in Bucharest, took place over three working days, combining participatory activities and interactive group sessions focused on six specific projects. Representing the UAB was Lorena Varo from the Challenges Office.

Drawing on the practical cases presented, participants explored communication as a key tool for amplifying the impact of projects. The sessions addressed the definition of communication strategies linked to the core message, as well as approaches for engaging with local stakeholders—who play a fundamental role both in the development of the initiatives and in how their results are received.

The diversity of perspectives brought by the attendees, from both beneficiary organisations and national agencies, contributed to enriching the debates and working sessions. Over the course of these three days, participants were able to exchange experiences, jointly design communication strategies, and establish potential future alliances, all with the aim of generating real and sustainable change that contributes to the priorities of the Erasmus+ framework.
