Introduction to Chinese course for UAB community members
The Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, in collaboration with the Confucius Institute of Barcelona, is offering a new Introduction to Chinese course to all members of the UAB community interested in learning the basics of the language.
The course was created with the aim of expanding opportunities to learn international languages and cultures on campus and strengthening collaboration between the UAB and the Confucius Institute. The course is designed specifically for individuals with no prior knowledge of Chinese and offers an introduction to the Chinese language and culture.
This initiative aligns with the goal of fostering education that is increasingly interdisciplinary and accessible to the University's various groups, while promoting intercultural skills and the international outreach of the university community.

Work is also underway to launch a free Chinese practice space for students already taking these courses at the UAB, with timetables adapted to their academic needs.
