The UAB is sad to announce the death of Maria Teresa Mora Aznar
Maria Teresa Mora Aznar, a retired professor from the Department of Physics, passed away on 16 June 2025. The UAB extends its deepest condolences to her family and friends, as well as to all the people who knew and appreciated her, and expresses its sadness in losing a member of its community.
Professor María Teresa Mora Aznar taught in the Department of Physics at the UAB until her retirement.
The wake will take place tomorrow Tuesday 17 June, from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m., at the Sant Gervasi Funeral Home, Room 3.
The funeral will be held on Wednesday 18 June at 1 p.m., at the same funeral home.
A religious ceremony will be held later in the day in the church of Bordils, on Wednesday 18 June at 4 p.m., followed by the burial at the Bordils Cemetery.
