The university Master's Degree in Quality of Food of Animal Origin is made up of 60 credits distributed over two semesters and is divided into five compulsory modules, four of which are content-based and the last given over to the Master's dissertation.

This master's degree offers specialised contents in quality of food of animal origin, focusing on evaluation, control, management and quality improvement from farm to consumer.

Teaching timetable

Course hours 2023/24:: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday form 15.00h. to 19.00h. Teaching will be classroom based (whenever the health situation allows it).

Welcome session academic term 2023/24: September 22on. from 11:30 to 13:00 (Seminar D - Facultat de Veterinària).

2023/24 academic course begins on: September 26th.
