  • Identify different business models in the sports sector from a professional perspective, by paying special attention to management, entrepreneurship and innovation.
  • Determine the sports management strategies and models best suited for specific areas, particularly sponsorship, facilities and sports events.
  • Identify the most suitable marketing strategies for different kinds of sports companies and/or services (facilities, events, products, etc.).
  • Connect the steps involved in creating new (intra)entrepreneurship projects that lead to the creation of businesses and/or models in the sports sector.
  • Explain aspects related to human resources and/or the capabilities of the teams involved in projects in the sports sector, including in specific areas of the sports industry.
