What do earthquakes and books have in common?

To end the series on Saturday Mathematics, UAB Department of Mathematics lecturer Isabel Serra will offer a conference entitled “What do earthquakes and books have in common?” in which she will explain the order and patterns which allow understanding abstractly the complex system behind earthquakes and/or books. The event will take place at the conference hall (Sala d'actes) of the Faculty of Science and Biosciences. A diploma will be given to those who have attended a total of three or more conferences.
