The UAB to present the book "Feminismo no es sexismo. Conversaciones sobre género y desigualdad"

The UAB Faculty of Political Science and Sociology will host the presentation of the book Feminismo no es sexismo. Conversaciones sobre género y desigualdad, from the El Espejo y la Lámpara and Edicions UAB series. The book proposes a critical reflection on the displacement that part of the feminist discourse has suffered. Margarita Leon, professor and head of Equality Policies of the Faculty; and María Jesús Izquierdo and Marc Barbeta-Viñas, members of the Department of Sociology of the UAB and authors of the book, will intervene in the event. It will take place on 26 February at 1:00 p.m. in Aula 12.

In addition to this event, on 20 March at 7:00 p.m., the authors will present the book at the Ateneu Fort Pienc Civic Centre in Barcelona, accompanied by Daniel Rico Camps, director of the UAB's El Espejo y la Lámpara series.
