The university network for children and teenagers, Xarxa RUIA (Red de universidades infancia i adolescencia), of which the UAB is also a member, organises this session to debate and share experiences on university itineraries for current and former wards of the state's youth protection system.
Coordinator of the CORE in Education and Employment at the UAB Laura Palou Catasús will be moderating the debate on the new initiative in Catalonia: reserving places for these students in bachelor's degrees offered at Catalan universities. Also participating will be Josefina Sala Roca, lecturer of the UAB Department of Educational Theories and Social Paedagogy.
