Seminar: "Promoting educational success and well-being among migrant youth"

Presentation of the results and social impact of the H2020 REFUGE-ED project at the European Commission headquarters in Barcelona. The researchers who have coordinated the project, associated with GEDIME (Grup d’Estudis d’Immigració i Minories Ètniques), present the work they have carried out for three years to improve the socio-educational integration and mental health of refugee children and adolescents and unaccompanied minors and work collectively towards more inclusive and cohesive European societies.

The seminar will also present the digital platform developed in the project, Brokering Knowledge Platform, a virtual resource space for transferring the Successful Educational Actions and approaches in mental health and psychosocial support that has been implemented in the 46 pilot studies located in schools, institutes, cultural centres, reception centres and refugee camps in six European countries (Ireland, Sweden, Bulgaria, Greece, Italy and Spain).
