Scientific Journals Day at the UAB

The International Open Access Week, an annual initiative to promote open access in the academic and research world, will be held from Monday 23 to Sunday 29 October.  The slogan of this year's edition is "Community over commercialisation" and aims to raise awareness of the importance of global control of knowledge sharing systems.

In the framework of this Open Access week, the Publications Service has organised the UAB Scientific Journals Conference, a meeting point for the editorial teams of the university's journals to share knowledge, experiences, challenges, etc. In addition, there will be a time slot to comment on the topics that the editorial teams consider most appropriate.

The conference is open to all those involved or collaborating in the publication of UAB journals. In the registration form, you will find a section where you can send the questions you wish to discuss during the conference. It is important to register in advance in order to attend.
