Rosa María Calaf and Pepa Roma to offer the confernce "Women Travellers"

The Office of Communication and Education and the Master's Degree in Travel Journalism, with the support of the UAB Department of Journalism and Communication Studies, organise a conference on women travellers, entitled “Mujeres viajeras”. A meeting which will include the participation of renowned journalists Rosa Maria Calaf and Pepa Roma. 

The conference will take place on 10 November, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the board room (Sala de juntes) of the Faculty of Communication Studies. The event is open to the public in general. In the conference, Calaf and Roma will both use their personal experiences to reflect upon the role of women as travel journalists, with the aim of making their contributions to the field visible.
