Poetry slam of the "Science and Poetry" project

The Science and Technology Library (Biblioteca de Ciències i Tecnologia, BCT) aims to raise awareness of its #CiènciaiPoesia dissemination project taking place on the X social network to demonstrate the interrelations between science and poetry. 

Under the framework of this project, the library organises a poetry slam which will include the presence of four members of the UAB's scientific community who also write poetry: Hugo Cano, PhD student in Genetics; Sara Dallarés, lecturer in Animal Biology, Plant Biology and Ecology at the Faculty of Biosciences; Daniel Martín, researcher at the Institute for Materials Science of Barcelona (ICMAB-CSIC); and Jordi Vallverdú, ICREA Acadèmia researcher in the Department of Philosophy at the Faculty of Arts & Humanities.

The BCT's project also includes an exhibition, located at the entrance of the library and also at the Espai BCT and on display until 12 January.
