Past, present and future of music videos

On Monday 27 February, the Faculty of Communication Studies will host a session focused on the past, present and future of music videos ("Videoclips. Passat. Present. Futur"), which will serve to analyse and debate on this type of audiovisual genre made to promote songs, with some of the top professionals from the industry and creators of music videos. 

The following people will participate in the session:

-José M. Barbat, President of Sony Music Entertainment Iberia.

-Salvador Cufí, President of Musica Global Discográfica.

-Anna Bacardit, music video producer for the Canada production company.

-Bárbara Farré, filmmaker and producer of several videos by Rosalía and other artists.

-Àlex Pérez, composer, producer and singer.

-Dolo Beltran, composer, singer and actress. He was the vocalist of the group Pastora.

-Joan Riedweg, filmmaker, producer and editor of TV and music video programmes, and lecturer in the Department of PUBLICOM

Director of the UAB Department of Advertising, Public Relations and Audiovisual Communication (PUBLICOM) Patrícia Lázaro will be in charge of conducting the session.
