"La ciudad de dos capas", the documentary that shows the history of Eastern Japan after the earthquake and the tsunami of 2011

Under the direction of Komori Haruka and Seo Natsumi, the documentary shows the work of 4 unknown people among them who are committed to visiting the city of Rikuzentakata and getting to know its citizens and landscapes after the great earthquake and tsunami of Eastern Japan in 2011.
