Jack and the Cuckoo Clock Heart, by Stéphane Berla & Mathias Malzieu (2014)

“La Mecánica del Corazón” tells the story of Jack, a boy who was born in such a cold day that his heart froze and it had to be replaced with a Cuckoo clock. Jack can live with this clock as long as he follows three rules: not touching the watch hands, controlling his anger and especially he can’t never, never, never fall in love.
 
One day, Jack meets a little singer with big eyes, Miss Acacia, a young girl from Andalusia who will test his heart. For the love he feels for her, Jack will embark in a quixotic adventure that will take him from Edinburgh to Paris and to Granada’s streets while discovering the joys and hardships of love.
