Industrial relations and the green transition: towards inclusive and sustainable growth

From 8 to 10 September, the UAB will play host to the ILERA European Congress 2022, entitled Industrial relations and the Green Transition; Towards inclusive and sustainable growth. The congress is organised by the UAB Institute for Labour Studies and the UAB Sociological Research Centre on Everyday Life and Work and will focus particularly on the role social relations and social dialogue have in this green transition and fight against climate change. Different sessions will take place at the auditorium of the Faculty of Arts & Humanities, and other parts of the Faculty of Law and the Faculty of Political Science and Sociology. The inauguration of the congress will be held on 8 September at 9:30 a.m. and will include speeches by Kamran Fannizadeh, Director of the International Labour Organisation; Assumpció Malgosa, Vice Rector for REsearch at the UAB; and Óscar Molina, congress coordinator.
