Inauguration of CREiDO

The Center for Research and Studies for Organizational Development (CREiDO – UAB) will inaugurate the centre with an event to be held at the Board Room of the Faculty of Education.

The event will begin with speeches by UAB Vice Rector for Quality Tatiana Rovira and by CREiDO – UAB Director Joaquín Gairín. Following that, Beatriz Pont, Global Training Practice Lead at the UNESCO International Institute for Educational Planning (IIEP-UNESCO), will offer a conference on the key skills needed to lead a change in education, entitled "Liderar el canvi educatiu: habilitats clau per a la millora". The event will then include a debate on leading the educational change and the importance of training which will include the participation of Núria Mora, Secretary of Education Transformation of the Government of Catalonia; Isabel del Arco, lecturer of the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology at the University of Lleida (UdL); and Joan Gamero, member of the board of the Association of Journalists of Catalonia.

The event will then end with the awards ceremony for the 1st CRiEDO Award in Innovation and Development at Educational and Vocational Institutions.
