Improving socio-educational integration of migrant children and youth: Final conference of the REFUGE-ED project

Foster inclusive and supportive learning environments for refugee children and youth, unaccompanied minors and host communities. With this objective in mind, an international research team coordinated by the UAB initiated the REFUGE-ED project. Now it will present the main actions, results and impacts of the project at the European Parliament, in a joint conference with the IMMERSE project. Both projects have collaborated to create indicators, build online databases and generate policy recommendations to improve the socio-educational integration of refugee and migrant children.

The conference offers a unique opportunity to consolidate efforts, share knowledge and work collectively for more inclusive and cohesive European societies. It brings together policy makers, educators, mental health professionals, researchers, family members and civil society organisations to collectively advance in the integration challenges existing in Europe.
