From magnetic monopoles to high speed trains

As part of the dissemination activities of Saturdays Physics, UAB Department of Physics lecturer Javier Rodríguez will offer on 25 February a conference on magnetic monopoles "Dels monopols magnètics a trens ultra ràpids: un viatge llampec per les lleis de l'electromagnetisme?" at the conference hall of the Facutly of Science and Biosciences. After the conference, lecturer Rodríguez will give a practical demonstration on the laws of electromagnetism.
