Free concert by MAIO as part of 17M

On Thursday 25 May at 12:30 p.m., artist MAIO will offer a free concert as part of 17M, International Day Against Homophobia, Transphobia, Biphobia. MAIO is a Catalan artist who uses her lyrics to defend the empowerment of people and sexual dissidence. She questions love, role models and labels. The event is organised by the UAB Observatory for Equality and, within the context of 17M, aims to raise awareness on the abuse and discrimination suffered by those with sexual dissidence, as well as demand equal rights for the LGTBI+ community.
