Envisioning a different university. Open education based on regional challenges

On Monday 6 March, as part of the series of activities included in the Open Education Week, the conference “Can You Imagine a Different University? Open Education from Local Challenges” will be given by Silvia Banch, Vice Dean for Work Placements at the Faculty of Education and Head of ECIU University Recruitment; Mireia Galí, Institutional Coordinator of ECIU University at the UAB; and Myra Ronzoni, Project Manager of the ECIU University at the UAB.  

Located at the ECIU University Office (Plaça Cívica. Cafeteria Building. First Floor), the activity consists in two parts: a theoretic part describing the ECIU University's courses and another practical part in which Challenge-Based Learning (CBL) methodology will be put to use.  

The activity organised by the Libraries Services and the ECIU Office is addressed to students, lecturers, researchers, adminstrative and services staff, and regional agents and entities. Registration to attend will be open until 2 March and places are limited (30 people). An attendance certificate will be given at the end of the activity.
