Co-creation workshop "Towards a just transition to circular economies"

As part of the European project JUST2CE, coordinated by the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, a co-creation workshop has been organised under the name of "Cap a una transició justa a l'economia circular" [Towards a Just Transition to a Circular Economy].

The workshop is organised by the MedWaves institution, the environmental association Eco-union, the UAB and the University of Vigo, with the support of the Catalan Government's Ministry for Climate Action, Food and Rural Agenda and the Catalan Waste Agency.

The objective of the meeting is to reflect upon and analyse the impacts of the current transition towards a circular economy in Catalonia in four different dimensions: the Norht-South relation to global environmental justice; productive and reproductive jobs and activities; the gender dimension, and that of responsibility, transperancy and participative governance.
