Awards ceremony for the 3rd Marcela de Juan Translation into Chinese Prize

The Chinese translation of Belén Cuadra's La muerte del sol (Automática Editorial), by Yan Lianke, will receive this year's Marcela de Juan Prize for a Translation into Chinese. The prize is awarded by the Confucius Institute Foundation, Barcelona, the TXICC research group and the UAB Faculty of Translation and Interpreting. The prize will be awarded to Yan Lianke on 14 October in an event which will begin at 6 p.m. at the Confucius Institute Barcelona. More information.
