20th Argó Award Ceremony for Secondary School Research Projects

The Rector's Commissioner for Relations with Secondary Education and University Access, Jordi Barbé García, will preside over the award ceremony for the 20th Argó Prize for Secondary School Research Projects.

Presiding the event will be the director of the ICE, Anna Cros; the president of the Academic Commission of the UAB Social Council, Montserrat López Merlos; the dean of the Faculty of Philosophy and Arts, Margarita Freixas Alás; Juan Jesús Donaire Benito, dean of the Faculty of Sciences; Isidre Gibert, dean of the Faculty of Biosciences; the director of the School of Engineering, Ian Blanes; and the coordinator of the Argó Programme and secretary of the Argó Award Jury.

The minutes of the Jury of the 20th Argó Prize will be read and the Honourable Mentions, third, second and first prizes will be awarded to the students. The students awarded with the first prize will present their work briefly.

This will be followed by a musical performance, and the ceremony will have ended at 6 p.m.
