Agentic AI in Europe: governance, risks and best practices

The UAB's European Documentation Centre (CDE) organises the closing session of the Master's Degree in Artificial Intelligence and Digital Law (MIADD) with the conference IA agèntica a Europa: governança, riscos i bones pràctiques [Agentic AI in Europe: governance, risks and best practices]. The event will take place on 26 June at 3:00 p.m. at the CDE. Speaking at the event will by Alex González, global director IT & digital innovation at Nestlé; Francisco Pérez, assistant to the Spanish Data Protection Agency; and Eduard Blasi, lawyer specialising in digital law and privacy at TechAndLaw Advocats, who will be moderating the session. The speakers will reflect on the impact of autonomous artificial intelligence in the new European regulatory framework. The event will also serve to award diplomas to the new graduates in recognition of the work and effort made throughout the academic year.
The MIADD is a pioneering training initiative that combines the technical foundations of artificial intelligence with the legal and regulatory analysis of emerging technologies. The programme offers a practical and multidisciplinary vision on aspects such as AI governance, data protection, cybersecurity, intellectual property, and European regulatory compliance.
