Monographic Workshop: "Sexualities: a look beyond the norm"

The Fundació Autònoma Solidària's (FAS) health programme presents its new monograph, entitled "Sexualities: a look beyond the norm". The monograph on sexualities aims to bring to light the current debates that revolve around sexualities today, such as consent, its limits, sex work, the complexity of prevention, the need to broaden our perspective when talking about pleasure, desire and limits. In addition, it aims to share rigorous knowledge on the prevention of Sexually Transmitted Infections, unplanned pregnancies and abortion through knowledge of current preventive methods.
Sexualities are diverse and identity-based, that is, each person develops their own way of expressing themselves and relating sexually, and this shapes each being in multiple dimensions. For this reason, FAS proposes sessions focused on promoting a critical and reflective look at sexuality, including affectivity, pleasure, the diversity of gender identities and orientations, relational models, sexual and reproductive rights, and lines of prevention.
