First International Congress on Housing and City

The Barcelona Chair of Housing Studies (CBEH), promoted by the UAB, UB, UPF and UPC, with the support of the Government of Catalonia and the Barcelona City Council, organises its First International Congress on Housing and City on 26 and 27 May. This congress will address the causes of the housing crisis, such as gentrification, segregation and touristification, and will present proposals to improve public housing policies.

The first day will feature an inaugural lecture by Jean-Bernard Auby, lecturer at the Institute of Political Studies in Paris, and other activities that will bring together local and international experts to share research and concrete solutions.
